Mission Statement:
Signs Of Silence (S.O.S.) Is a local nonprofit organization serving the needs of the Deaf and Hard Of Hearing. S.O.S. Recognizes that services available to the Deaf and HH are limited and often not readily accessible. Our mission is to improve and expand existing services by bringing together opportunities and the Deaf Community.
